You may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Shipping: 

All Returns & Exchanges are subject to a shipping fee of $10.00.

We will provide a prepaid shipping label once your return or exchange is approved.

Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

• Unworn and in original condition.
• Tags attached and original packaging included.
• Exchanges are only available for orders valued over $100.
• An item can only be exchanged one time.

• Log into your Shopify account.
• Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
• If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
• Select a return reason and add a note.
• Click "Request return".
• If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label.
• After the product is returned and inspected, you will receive a refund to the original payment method, less the return shipping fee ($10.00). Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

• Order Number.
• Item(s) to be returned from original order (i.e. name, size, color).
• Item(s) to be exchanged (i.e. name, size, color).
• Acknowledgement of the exchange shipping fees of $10.00.

If your exchange request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label.

After the returned items are received and inspected, we will fulfill and ship the new items to complete the exchange.

Depending on the price difference, we will either issue a refund, collect additional payment, or proceed with an even exchange. This charge will account for the exchange shipping fees of $10.00.
