For Club d'Antibes orders placed via pre-order, you will be charged once your item is prepared for shipping. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your pre-order item has shipped. 

If we cannot capture payment for your pre-order, it is subject to cancellation in which case you can place a new order with a valid form of payment. You cannot cancel a pre-order once the order is confirmed.

Once you receive the order, our normal refund policy persists. See our Returns & Exchanges Policy for more details on returns and refunds.

If your order contains multiple pre-order items with separate pre-order ship dates, payment will be collected upon the shipment of pre-order item(s) that ship earliest.

Note, Club d'Antibes reserves the right to cancel any existing pre-orders at any time. For any existing pre-orders cancelled at the discretion of the Company, you will receive a full refund for any amounts paid upfront.
